With 16 years of industry experience, Mr. Zhao served as Regional General Manager at ZTE Energy, and Financing Director at Hanergy Holding Group. He primarily oversaw financing for photovoltaic and hydropower projects, successfully leading significant projects including equity pledge financing for Jin'anqiao Hydropower Station, financing for Qinghai Gonghe 50MW thin-film photovoltaic power plant, and signing overseas photovoltaic project financing agreements with China Development Bank.
